OnSkills Learning prepares youth – especially women and rural communities – for real jobs in solar and electric mobility, through hands-on training, apprenticeships, and industry-ready curriculum. India aims to achieve 500 GW of non–fossil energy capacity by 2030, including 280 GW from solar (MNRE, 2025a). As of March 2025, renewables totalled 220.10 GW, with solar at 123.13 GW (MNRE, 2025b), leaving a need to add over 157 GW of solar in five years. Simultaneously, the government targets 30% of new vehicle sales to be electric by 2030 (NITI Aayog, 2022).
